      I applied the patch. The following is the result.

 "http_bprintf.c", line 296.39: 1506-025 (S) Operand must be a modifiable lvalue.

 Try the patch at the end of this message.  It will probably still not 
 compile properly, but it should help track down exactly what it doesn't 
 like.  It looks to be a bug in the compiler, but we will see what we can 
 do to work around it.
      
 The reason the previous PR was closed was because we had no way of 
 replicating the problem or trying to fix it.  Hopefully we can with your 
 help.
