1-      Why XmlRpcCommonsTransportFactory validates xml rpc requests /
response and tries searching for schema? I do not know how to disable
it. Can someone help?

2-      XmlRpcSunHttpTransportFactory should allow bounded I/O i.e. I
should be able to set connection timeout and reply timeout on underlying
URLConnection. This is a requirement as client hangs in distributed
environment filled with firewalls, network glitches etc.
