Graham Turrell resolved WODEN-139.
----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Committed revision 504374 on M7 branch.
As a verification on a system other than my own, please use this M7 fix on a full run of the
w3c tests and confirm success (or otherwise!)
via a comment here.
If satisfactory, I will then close the JIRA.

> Opening this JIRA to cover the work to parameterize URI Resolver properties in validatewsdl20
ant task as discussed on woden-dev and in Woden call 6th Feb 07.
> When running the W3C test suite in disconnected mode, the URI resolver requires the
ant client to set vm args to indicate the catalog location and base URI. Instead these values
should be passed as arguments to the <validatewsdl20> ant task, removing the need to
set via JVM args.
