But there is no way to create an interface that would indicate some method
will produce an attachment, is there?
Therefore, there is no way to create such WSDL descriptor from an interface,
using existing generators found in toolkits like WSTK 2.41 etc.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You can use the web developers toolkit from IBM
wstk2.4
to create the wsdl from an interface.
