To me, Web Services something seems over-generalization of this project.
So far we are developing a SOAP platform with which request/provider
applications can
exchage SOAP messages.  That's it.
Web Services indicate more.  WSDL allows service providers to explicitly
represent their
"services" incluing binding information.  From WSDL point of view, we do
not
concern how the services are implemented actually.

I may ask "Does Web Services xxx indicate platform + service decription?"
Regarding XML Procotol support, is there any specification of XML Protocol?
I really want to figure out how it is incorporated with this activity.
