   good point. I did not think about it.

I will retract my earlier statement over the version number change.

By the way, should Scout hold the new API that supports UDDIv3?  Either Scout sticks to JAXR
1.0 spec or does some value added API to support uddiv3?  

Your thoughts?

Shouldn't we keep the scout version numbers in line with the JAXR API 
version they represent, rather than a corresponding UDDI API version number?
