Betty Tjandra commented on SCOUT-47:
------------------------------------

Hi Kurt,

I have downloaded 1.0RC, I noticed that the creating the tModel with specificationLink did
not work for this release that used to work in .7RC. In 0.7 when I create the
concept with externalLink it will include my link into the tModel table under the OVERVIEW_URL,
but in 1.0RC I ran the same code the OVERVIEW_URL is null. So, I switched back to .7RC this
scenario worked.

I am wondering if this is a bug in 1.0, please help me to resolve this problem.

Thanks
Betty
