Subject: [VOTE] Resolution to create Apache jUDDI Project

Web Services PMC members:

Please VOTE on the following resolution, which promotes the jUDDI and Scout
subprojects into a new TLP. There is just enough time to let this vote run
for 72 hours and still get the resolution in to our board report on Monday.

*** PLEASE DIRECT ALL VOTES TO general@ws.apache.org for them to be counted.

Here is my +1.

Thanks,
--Glen
