Attachments BufferUtils is slow when writing to a file
------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: WSCOMMONS-307
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WSCOMMONS-307
             Project: WS-Commons
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: AXIOM
            Reporter: Rich Scheuerle
            Assignee: Rich Scheuerle

Problem:

BufferUtils.inputStream2OutputStream(InputStream is, OutputStream os) is slow when the OutputStream
is a FileOutputStream and the size of the InputStream is large (i.e. > 100M).

Solution:
A) Increase the internal buffer from 4K to 100K
B) If the OutputStream is a FileOutputStream, then obtain a FileChannel and FileLock to write
the contents of the InputStream to the OutputStream.

I am testing a solution now. This problem was found by Tim Hefele.
