Hi,

you need to use compatible dependencies

run the 6.11 examples with these dependencies

    <dependency>
        <groupId>org.apache.wicket</groupId>
        <artifactId>wicket-core</artifactId>
        <version>6.11.0</version>
    </dependency>

    <dependency>
        <groupId>org.apache.wicket</groupId>
        <artifactId>wicket-cdi</artifactId>
        <version>6.11.0</version>
    </dependency>

    <dependency>
        <groupId>javax.enterprise</groupId>
        <artifactId>cdi-api</artifactId>
        <version>1.0-SP4</version>
    </dependency>

    <dependency>
        <groupId>org.jboss.seam.conversation</groupId>
        <artifactId>seam-conversation-spi</artifactId>
        <version>3.0.0.Final</version>
    </dependency>
