If you have IE do this:

Tools->Internet Options->General->Settings->Every visit to the page

annd then hit OK, and you should be good to go, or try to append this to
every JSP/servlet response:
    response.setHeader("Cache-Control", "no-cache, post-check=0,
    response.setHeader("Pragma", "no-cache");
    response.setHeader("Expires", "Thu, 01 Dec 1994 16:00:00 GMT");
