I put in the request for Bugzilla-> JIRA migration:
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-383


We should comment on that issue immediately with an updated list of
"JIRA account userids" -- so if you don't have a Jira account yet,
PLEASE create one ASAP!!! 

>From what I understand, you should use the same ID that you have been
committing code with so Bugzilla will import correctly.
