Whoa, slow down....

Is this really necessary?  I thought we were all committed to bringing
floating point math into Velocity?  Should we rehash all the arguments
for/against?  Basic argument... anything you can do with integers, you
should be able to do with floating point numbers.  Many of us feel
very strongly about this.  Why introduce a new directive when #set is
already included?
