When using deployAsyncService.sh to start a UIMA AS service, the default
Java heap size is Xmx800M. To override this, export an environment
parameter UIMA_JVM_OPTS with JVM arguments. For example:
   $ export UIMA_JVM_OPTS="-Xmx6G -Xms2G"
   $ deployAsyncService.sh myDeploymentDescriptor.xml
