Re: the comment above, the /work/plugins I think is the "input", not the ou=
tput dir.  The site optimizer takes all the plugins it finds there and opti=
mizes them (packs them) into the output spot, which is specified as ${eclip=
seUpdateSite}/plugins  where eclipseUpdateSite is the target/eclipse-udate-=
site folder.
