Thilo Goetz closed UIMA-1202.

    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed for uimaj-core.  Test cases run on windows and z/OS.  There are test cases failing in
other components, but I will leave those for now.  Note: there was no bug in the actual core
code, it was only the test cases that had problems.
