Hi,
I have now converted Java SCA and SDO to the new navigation style mentioned
in this thread.

I'll be working on the other subprojects  next. If possible, give me till
Tuesday afternoon to clean up the navigation since this is all real time and
we can easily walk over each other's work.

I'll document the tree structure after it is done so that we can follow the
same structure from there on or at least make decisions based on a known
structure. As part of this exercise I realized that we have no structure in
place and pages are being added at different levels and it is really not
easy for someone new to come and find information or to maintain it
properly.
