The default HelperContext, returned by HelperProvider.getDefaultContext(), should provide automatic ClassLoader-specific scoping. It should be implemented using the delegating EPackage.Registry.INSTANCE, instead of using a single local registry as is used with HelperContexts created with SDOUtil.createHelperContext().
