Subscribing to the new Torque mailing list worked fine for me.
However, during confirmation of subscribtion, you have to be
careful when replying if you are using Outlook : Outlook striped
off half of the email address when I clicked on the reply button!...
Once you check this email address, it should work fine (at least
it did for me :-).
