You should be able to check out the other classes in /src/test and see how
they work.  For really "webby" stuff, I use cactus tests.  So, thinking
about ActionEvent and VelocityActionEvent, check out /src/tests-cactus.
Cactus is probably the way to go.  

I will say, we have really needed some sort of cactus test for the event
stuff for a while.
