    [TS-2157] Replace "addr" with appropriate "src_addr" and "dst_addr" in ConnectionAttributes

    Have made initial changes.  No added functionality as of yet.  Have tested and performs
the same as previous addr/port version in my tests.  Wondering if someone could give this
a look/if we should extend api to allow for more control over local_addr and remote_addr.
 There will also be some occasions where local_addr remains unused do we want to set it in
all cases?  If so, where? Feel free to let me know in code review.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/yahoo/trafficserver TS-2157

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/157.patch
