Once again doing it is too impacting today. Also this directly impacts embedded case which
is used a lot too and would break tests of a lot of applications not even relying on openejb/tomee
in prod. 

If the comment about tomee/tomcat refers to my "10 years" note it didnt refer to tomcat but
openejb which had this code far before being renamed to tomee.
