In the attached patch, it will check whether it is of those sharable JNDI name space when
both value and lookup are not configured. If does, the ref name is updated to use the default
binding name, and the lookup name will be the initial ref name. Another side effect is that
an extra jndi entry is the comp namespace is created, while I think that it should not an
issue.
