Subject Tomcat 8.5 Stuck Issue while trying to stop tomcat service

Hi Team,

we have installed & using apache-tomcat-8.5.23 in our Pega 7.3 CRM application. when we
try to stop tomcat service from windows server-2012 R2 system tray GUI, It gets stuck &
never gets stopped unless we kill the service by task manager.
We are providing below the tomcat configuration details along with windows server 2012R2.
Could you please help us in providing the solution on this issue.
