Hi,

I think you need to look at the line below the port information, not the one above. It should
show "java.exe" (or "tomcat7.exe" if running as a service).

  TCP    0.0.0.0:8009           DESKTOP-F1DTQBM:0      LISTENING
 [java.exe]
  TCP    0.0.0.0:8080           DESKTOP-F1DTQBM:0      LISTENING
 [java.exe]
