Removing the extraneous space seems to have fixed it. A classic copy-paste-error.

You probably don't want to change the context of all your webapps. conf/catalina/localhost/YOURWEBAPP.xml
is a better place.

It is probably the space after OracleDriver.

Try to remove it and seewhat happens.
