Do not ever use the CLASSPATH environment variable.  In a Tomcat environment, it is properly
ignored; in other environments, it can only create confusion.

Read the Tomcat doc on classloading and decide in which of the standard locations you should
put the Zookeper jar.  It would normally be placed in the webapp's WEB-INF/lib directory.
