c:\rsi_tc\tomcat

I have 2 tomcat folders (Versions 7.0.27 & 7.0.37) both named tomcat.  
I remove the service (Service remove Tomcat7)
Move the folder out.
Move in the other folder and install the service (Service install  
Tomcat7)
