If running Tomcat 7.0.37 as a windows service, and using the tomcat7w.exe to set the options,
are these wrong?

Java Options:
-Djava.opts=-XX:PermSize=128m -XX:MaxPermSize=384m

Initial memory pool:  256MB
Maximum memory pool: 512MB
