I ran a webapp for years in 64MiBheap (of course, there is also non-heap memory consumed) with plenty of room to shrink and grow before our user needs exceeded that fairly modest heap. Tomcat itself is unlikely to be the source of your memory usage. The JVM plus the webapp are going to be much heavier unless the webapp is trivial. - -chris -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG/MacGPG2 v2.0.17 (Darwin) Comment: GPGTools - http://gpgtools.org Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAk8gVPMACgkQ9CaO5/Lv0PAgggCfVvRKMLh/H/+mP2h6mJPo7CYh KTYAnRRveBX8OFjgv5nMrhpNpen33c69 =G9/Q -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscribe@tomcat.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: users-help@tomcat.apache.org
