That is a Tomcat-specific implementation mechanism, not something mandated by the servlet
spec.  Consequently, there is nothing in the spec that would let you see a <Host> associated
with a webapp.  You could use JMX from inside the webapp to poke through the Tomcat nodes
and find the host name during the init() method.
