The only things I can spot in the changelog are related to webapp redeployment:

These disable - due to thread safety issues - memory leak cleanups that were previously in
place.  However, you didn't mention if you are redeploying the webapp or not.

Look in the logs to see if there's anything of interest, and do some basic heap analysis to
find out what's taking up the space.  Look at the heap/memory related links here:
