If you have APR installed (tcnative-1.dll in Tomcat's bin directory), the SSL configuration
is completely different.  If that is the situation, the easiest thing to do is disable APR
by renaming or deleting the above DLL file.  If you decide you do want to use APR (it's faster
for HTTPS traffic), read the doc:
