Is that really the path in use?

/opt
 /tomcats
  /work
   /StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[
    /myWebApp]Engine
     /localhost
      /myWebApp

Looks a little weird to me, the square brackets are split across
directories and there's a reference to myWebApp and localhost in two places.
