If CPU utilization is low, you are not experiencing meaningful GC inefficiency.  The heap
configuration might not be 100% perfect, but that's really only a concern for people publishing
benchmark numbers.  If you're satisfied with your throughput and responsiveness, and your
trend lines indicate you'll stay satisfied, leave whatever you've got alone.
