Please clarify "does not work":
- after running the servers with the described configuration,
what did you attempt to access?
- what was the response on the browser?
-- if using IE, do disable the "Show friendly HTTP error messages" in
Internet Options/Advanced to see real server error messages
- what was logged of the access
-- in Apache httpd access_log, error_log?
-- in Tomcat logs?
-- in mod_jk log?
