I added in ${CATALINA_HOME}/conf/web.xml
<error-page>
<error-code>404</error-code>
<location>/my404.html</location>
<error-code>503</error-code>
<location>/my503.html</location>
</error-page>

and copied the 2 html files in ${CATALINA_HOME}/webapps/ROOT
