It thus appears that Tomcat really wants to make this copy first and 
then process only this copy. I however very much want this not to 
happen. Is there any option that allows me to change this? What I need 
is the Tomcat 6.0.18 and earlier behavior where META-INF/context.xml is 
used from the webapps/someapp directory as-is, without any copying of 
any kind.
