You seem to be fixated on the HTTP port, when the errors appear to be associated with one
of the other ports Tomcat uses: 8009 for AJP.  Note that Tomcat also listens to 8005 on 127.0.0.1
for shutdown messages.

Use netstat -ano to find out all the ports that are active, and who's using them, then modify
your conf/server.xml file accordingly.
