The value of the name attribute for the <Host> under which the webapp is deployed. 
For a default Tomcat configuration, that name is localhost (not to be confused with any hosts
file entries you might have - they're completely separate).

Strictly speaking, the "Catalina" in the above is also no fixed; it is actually the name of
the <Service> element, but there's rarely any reason to change it.
