Hi Ankush,

mod_jk configure uses "${APXS} -q PREFIX" to see if it works, where
${APXS} is what you gave to --with-apxs. You can try that directly, and
see if it works, or if your apxs is broken:

    /usr/sbin/apxs -q PREFIX
