It's not because of missing or insufficient rights.
The connector just don't want to accept the rule

JkMount /app/resources/* ajp13

and to redirect the request to tomcat and gives the error

no match for /app/resources/showPDFLetter found



maybe the syntax for JkMount is changed in 1.2.26?
