Hi Steve-
Obvious stuff first...DId you Make sure the JDK is installed?
Also Check to make sure the runtime (msvcr71*.dll) library is located in your %CATALINA_HOME%/bin
in case you're not pathing to it
Also there are special permissions to startup a Vista Service (I would advise starting CLI
for now)..For more details look at the bug report
Also Vista is wrapped around the .NET Framework axle so installing standalone binaries such
as dll need to be acoomodated separately
