When I save the file to see=0Athe response, there = is seemingly random data interspersed in the file, but it=0Ais consistent a= fter I do it again. It=0Aalways starts with the first line saying =93b1=94= and the last saying =930=94. At different points in the file there are=0A= groupings of characters like =93d3d=94 and =933df=94. =0AOne time I had a s= imilar problem loading the manager app. It displayed with a content type o= f=0A=93text/plain=94.
