No, Tomcat is pure Java. You need to make sure that you have a 64-bit
JVM installed in order to run Tomcat in 64-bit mode.

You can also use a 32-bit JVM if you want, but it's much better to run a
64-bit JVM if you have a 64-bit OS and hardware.
