Can you post your code? I have never tried to specify the name of the
context factory; it's always been properly setup by the container (see
my code in a separate message). Is it necessary to actually pick a
class, or can you simply leave it as its default?

I've found that most of the documentation really steers you away from
knowing much about the internal structure -- with good reason: they
don't want you to take advantage of things that are subject to change.

I think that WAS might force you to go through hoops that Tomcat simply
does not require. Since your app "grew-up" on WAS, you have a lot of
baggage that doesn't translate well into Tomcat. You might have to
change your configuration code to allow for empty settings that Tomcat
simply does not need.
