I must admit that I don't know what AJP is ... So I guess I am not using it. No need to change
it right?

Only if you're using https: - in which case you should be changing the https ports as well.

Only true if you're using AJP - i.e. front-ending with Apache.  Are you?
If so, are you using it exclusively (in which case you can knock out the http connector)?
