I spoke with him, and it's not problem with network. It's something else. I
don't know maybe settings or something else. Any other suggestions. Please
help me out, it's make me nervous.

Sounds to me like you need to have a chat with your network admins.  A 
firewall or similar may be cutting off the connection.
