One way to do this is to modify server.xml so there are two s running in the one . This then allows you to define independent settings for each , and each can also have independent webapps areas. Make sure each uses different ports to the other (eg. 8080 vs. 18080, 8009 vs 18009, 8443 vs 18443). Let me know if you need an example conf.
