Usually, the webapp should notice these files and make them available to the single .jsp files. But I always get: 500 Servlet Exception /tools/internet/whois.jsp:10: `http://dev.test.de/test' has no matching taglib-uri. The taglib uri must match a taglib-uri for a taglib specified in the web.xml or implicitly in a taglib.tld in the tag jar.
